DANSK TEKNOLOGI is both consultant and contractor in the field of mechanical engineering. Our clientbase includes some of the most professional organisations - many of them world leaders in their field. Virtually all employees of DANSK TEKNOLOGI are M.Sc. in engineering. Prototypes, machinery and other equipment are built in our own workshop.

R&D experience
DANSK TEKNOLOGI has carried out more than 700 projects in R&D, mainly for industrial market leaders in health care, food processing, office automation, machinery and robotics.
The customer base includes Georg Fischer DISA, Maersk Contractors, Xerox, Siemens, Grundfos, Bang & Olufsen, Danfoss, Coloplast, Maersk Medical, Gate Gourmet International, Canon, and Oticon.
Completed development projects include amongst many:
- Development of the world's first disposable insulin pen as well as equipment for its fully automated manufacture. On behalf of NOVO Nordisk. The product is an international best-seller.
- Development of fully automated laboratory equipment to assure quality control of slaughtered pigs. On behalf of The Federation of Danish Pig Producers and Slaughterhouses.
- The fastest robot in the world. Developed for Carlsberg for food processing.
- Robot based plant for the fully automated manufacture of non-asbestos brake pads. On behalf of Roulunds Fabriker (A.P. Moller/Maersk Group).
- Development and delivery of fully automated equipment for the manufacture of a substantial part of total world production of disposable catheters. On behalf of Maersk Medical (A.P. Moller/Mærsk Group).
- Development of a revolutionary worldwide patented drilling technology for offshore drilling rigs. The technology can save up to 25% of drilling time and has been applied on all advanced drilling rigs built recently or being under construction. The patents have been sold to Varco Drilling Systems, USA. The technology is marketed under the trademark "Foxhole" by Varco.
- Development of world's first external ozone filter for laser printers. Manufactured by DANSK TEKNOLOGI for most major laser printer manufacturers.
- Development of cassette for PC-software. On behalf of IBM.
- Electronic temperature gauge and associated manufacturing equipment. Developed for Danfoss.
- Conceptual design of a program of waste water pumps in stainless steel. For Grundfos.
- Design, manufacture and erection of a number of processing lines for flight kitchens. For Gate Gourmet International / Swissair.
- DANSK TEKNOLOGI has designed a full range of metering pumps for GRUNDFOS - a world leader in pumps. The work has included mechanical, electrical and industrial design as well as an advanced software package, tooling and production engineering.
Manufacturing experience
- 50,000 MINOZON filters manufactured for HP, IBM, Xerox and OKI.
- 19 Stripping Systems manufactured for GATE GOURMET International and erected in London, Geneva, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Manilla, Sao Paulo, Kastrup, Billund, Perth, Mexico City, Brussels and Atlanta.
- 9 Shuttles manufactured for GATE GOURMET International and erected in Gardermoen and Billund.
- 11 manufacturing systems for automatic production of catheters. For Maersk Medical. Total capacity: 700,000 catheters a day.
- 6 manufacturing systems for automatic assembly of insulin pens. For NOVO Nordisk. Total capacity: 300,000 pens a day.
- 1,100 stainless steel transporting fixtures for trolleys. For SAS Service Partners.
- A substantial number of manufacturing systems based on industrial robots.
- A substantial numbers of various machines for automatic manufacture of non-asbestos brake pads.
- A substantial number of various machines for automatic manufacture of disposable health care products.
- A substantial number of various manufacturing systems for the food processing industry.
- Serial production of products in the field of ergonomic working places.
International awards
A product developed for NOVO Nordisk was awarded "World's best plastic product 1993".
DANSK TEKNOLOGI received the Japan Industrial Robot Association's award 1991 for "outstanding research and development in robotics".
